I completed my Registered Massage Therapy diploma from Alberta College of Massage Therapy in 2018. As my knowledge of human anatomy and physiology grew so did my passion for helping patients achieve their goals of regaining optimal function and living a pain free lifestyle.
In my treatments I use variety of modalities including muscle stripping, isolytic stretching (pin & stretch), trigger point therapy and general swedish relaxation to improve muscle health and function as well as tissue healing.
I also obtained extra certification in manual lymphatic drainage and fire cupping. Both techniques are successful in reducing inflammation in the body.
In my free time I enjoy multiple activities including reading, hiking, cross country skiing, kayaking and fishing.
